By downloading or receiving photographs from Chris Powell Photography, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. No Further Edits: The photographs provided are final edited versions as prepared by Chris Powell Photography. The Client shall not apply any additional edits, alterations, or modifications to the photographs. Any such changes may misrepresent the artistic style and integrity of Chris Powell Photography’s work.

2. Usage: The photographs are provided for personal or agreed-upon commercial use as specified in the contract. Any unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

3. Ownership: Chris Powell Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all photographs. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for the agreed-upon use only.

By downloading or accepting delivery of the photographs, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms of Service.
